This website is about the EsCALADE project entitled " Education Strategies Adult Education"

Programme: Erasmus +

Key Action:  K2 Strategic partnership EDA

Financial supporter:  European Commission through National agency INDIRE

Project Number:  J42I15000230006; 2015-1-IT02-KA204-015049

The Countries involved : Italy, Spain, Latvia, Poland, Greece

Duration: 24 months (September  2015 – September 2017)

 

Aims:  

  • To find the most appropriate and efficient methodology for people target of the project
  • The improvement of adult education methods, overcoming the eventual digital divides in an IT based participatory approach
  • The enhacement of adult learning effectiveness, removing the impact of negative factors into adult learning groups
  • To attract adult people to training system in order to reduce the level of low qualification
  • To improve a type of training more appropriated to respond to the current lavourmarket challenges (expulsion from the labour market, new jobs, new skills to be reemployed)

 

Practical objectives 

  • to produce a multimedia guide useful for all principals actors involved in adult education
  • to produce practical tools for supporting and facilitate adult learning when an active/participatory strategy is adopted
